Female in leadership and Management

Women aimed to empower the world.

Businesswomen in leadership came together to empower one another at the Over Female in Leadership and Management (FILM) gathering.

The event on August 15 hosted female principals, deputies, and departmental heads. They came together to unpack a woman-to-woman session.

The programme aimed to empower women with the skills, knowledge, and networks necessary for leadership roles.

“Principals, it’s a stress reliever,” said Ngwanamello Nekhudzhiga.

Their vision is to create strong, vibrant, assertive, and diverse female leadership that inspires, empowers, and uplifts women to become equal partners in society.

“Women need to be loud in applauding the good in others,” were the words of Mahlodi Chuene.

Their missions are achieved through a collaborative effort aimed at self-empowerment and influencing critical decisions taken by them and for society.
