Ladies Circle Witbank raises funds with exciting Bingo night

Through the money raised from the tickets sold, the organisation plans to support the underprivileged in eMalahleni.

The Ladies Circle Witbank recently ushered the residents of eMalahleni into a Bingo night full of fun, prizes, and laughter, all for a good cause.

In the evening of August 29, the organisation, consisting of a bunch of women who always have the community’s best interests at heart, hosted the Bingo night at Delforno as a fundraising event to help the community of eMalahleni.

With the tickets sold at a fee, the ladies said they will use all the money raised to support where they see a need.

“Every ticket sold helps us uplift and support those who need it most in our community,” Amy Gallagher said.

Over the years, through the community’s support, the organisation said they have been able to give back to incredible causes like Umephi Baby House, SPCA Witbank, Immergroen, W.H. De Klerk, New Life Children’s Home, and Jabez House, among others.

“Together we’ve made a real difference, and with the support of the community, this year we will do even more,” Amy added.

Though it was their first Bingo event at Delforno, the ladies said they plan to continue to do it often to continue impacting lives.

For those who are interested in joining the organisation, they can contact Amy at 082 494 3002.
