Search underway in eMalahleni for missing teen

Kaitlin was spotted at KFC in the CBD late yesterday.

An urgent search is underway for 19-year-old Kaitlin Coetzer, who went missing.

She was last seen at the KFC in the CBD on October 21.

Kaitlin, who is unfamiliar with the area, reportedly jumped out of her parents’ car and ran away.

According to her aunt, Claudine Klingenberg, Kaitlin allegedly has mental health issues and has not taken her medication. This may affect her responsiveness and behaviour.

A significant detail is Kaitlin’s obsession with adopting cats. Her family believes she will approach anyone who has cats, which could be a critical factor in locating her.

  • Kaitlin is 1.68m tall, and she has a large build.
  • She has dark brown hair and wears glasses.
  • She was wearing dark pants, a pink t-shirt, and black sneakers.

If you have any information regarding Kaitlin’s whereabouts, please contact her aunt immediately: 072 479 5419.
