One-day adoption conference
New Life Children’s Home is inviting the community to a one-day adoption conference aimed at raising awareness and inspiring hope for children in need.
The conference will include talks, workshops, and networking opportunities for prospective adoptive parents, social workers, and anyone passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.
Tickets are R200 per person, and attendees are encouraged to book their spots early.

Fun walk with your four-legged friend
Highveld Park Neighbourhood Watch invites you to one of their annual fundraising events coming soon.
The event will benefit organisations such as the SPCA and Highveld Society for the Disabled.
The activities that will take place include a fun run and dog walk, and participants are expected to pay an entry fee of R20 per person and R20 per dog on the day.
A gaming chair raffle ticket will be sold for R25, and food such as wors rolls and cold drinks will also be sold at the event.
Participants are urged to wear white t-shirts, as colour bombs will be on sale to make the shirts as colourful as possible.

Zalala Summer Festival
Zalala Equestrian Centre is the place to be with an overload of fun.
There are a lot of fun activities arranged throughout the day.
Get ready to witness the speed, skill, and precision of these fun, action-packed equestrian challenges with the Roughstock Rodeo Club show, demonstrating the excitement of mounted games.
Mounted archery, roping, ‘Sweep slaan’, mounted shooting, and barrel racing demos are also taking place.
The day concludes with a ‘Mandjie-dans’ at 18:00. You can bring your own cooler box and food basket.
