5 schools achieve the prestigious perfect score

The City of Coal is glowing with pride as schools report exceptional results for the 2025 matric examinations.

The institutions of the City of Coal are filled with excitement as learners excel in the 2025 matric results.
Leading the pack with an incredible 100% pass rate are five standout schools that have set the standard for academic excellence this year. They are: HTS Witbank, St Thomas Aquinas School, Empucukweni Secondary School, Hoërskool Patriot, and Ogies Gekombineerde School.

Elukhanyisweni Secondary School just missed the mark by 0.4%, obtaining an incredible 99.6%.
