Daniel is looking for the minibus driver of who allegedly left him with a lot of damages

Leaving the scene of an accident is a crime that carries very serious legal consequences.

Daniel Mabuse is seeking the man who allegedly bumped his Polo Vivo and then fled.

At approximately 12:30 on February 11, Mabuse was on his way to the gym when he stopped at the orange turning traffic light on the corner of OR Tambo and Mandela Road.

“I brought his vehicle to a stop. The driver of a minibus following behind failed to stop, rear-ending my Polo with significant force,” Mabuse said.

Mabuse said he was still on the phone, reporting the crash to the police, when the man allegedly drove away.

Mabuse followed him, but as the driver drove onto the N12, he lost him.

“The man left me with extensive vehicle damage and the financial burden of the repairs, as I do not have insurance,” Mabuse said.

He opened a case at the police and asked that if anyone sees the minibus with registration number LKM 346 MP to urgently contact him: 082 335 6201.
