Man stabbed in a robbery gone wrong incident in Del Judor

According to the available information, the man was walking to his home in Spring Valley when he was targeted.

A man was stabbed and injured in a robbery in Del Judor.

According to the information available, the man was robbed of his money, by someone who  stabbed him and immediately fled into the field afterwards.

“We passed him on our way home when he was walking. However when my child left home, she found him lying next to the road with three stab wounds,” said a resident.

The man was taken to a local hospital for medical services and some members of the local community also played remarkable roles, including keeping him warm as they await medical assistance.

Now, frustrations are mounting over the long grass around the area as locals believe that criminals have found a spot to hide in. According councilor Lizell Steyn, she has now again asked the council to consider cutting the grass as she stressed that it is extremely long and the results of having  it long are nothing short of negativity.
