An anti-illegal immigration march is underway in eMalahleni, with participants moving through designated CBD streets under police monitoring.

The anti-illegal immigration march has started in eMalahleni, with participants moving from the assembly point at the park between Witbank General Hospital and the eMalahleni Local Municipality Water Works.

The procession is following a CBD route along Sturdee Avenue, Mandela Street, Allenby Street, French Street, Robertson Street, Plummer Street, Jellicoe Street, Van de Venter Street, Collyer Street, Lukin Street, Northey Street and Delville Street before concluding at the municipality.

The SAPS and other law enforcement agencies are on site to monitor the march and ensure public safety as it proceeds through the city.
