The protest against illegal immigration is underway in eMalahleni and is now halfway to the Local Municipality.

Participants are moving through the CBD along the designated route, with the memorandum expected to be handed over to municipal officials upon arrival.

SAPS and other law enforcement agencies remain on site to monitor the procession and ensure public safety as it continues.
