The matter was postponed to October 20 for the continuation of the bail application and the presentation of further evidence.
During proceedings, Skosana’s Legal Aid representative informed the court that it was clear the bail matter would not be finalised on October 16.
She further stated that it was her last day at the Emalahleni Magistrate’s Court and that she would be going to the court where she is a resident practitioner.
She indicated that the resident practitioner would be available to continue with the matter when the case resumes.
As a result, the bail application could not proceed to completion, leading to another postponement.

All three accused were remanded in custody pending their next court appearance.
The trio faces a murder charge arising from the death of Radebe, who was assaulted by an alleged mob.
According to police reports, officers responding to allegations of vigilantism found him lying on the ground with visible injuries. He was declared dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel.
Radebe’s family has consistently maintained that he was innocent and may have been mistaken for another person.
The matter is expected to return to the Emalahleni Magistrate’s Court on October 20.
