Witbank Community Policing Forum helps family in need.
The Engelbrecht's were very grateful for the community and CPF’s donations.
A fire took all of their earthly possessions and the community together with members of the Community Policing Forum (CPF) stepped in to help.
On Saturday, August 13, the Engelbrecht family had a huge shock when their flat, situated next to their house caught fire, losing all of their belongings.
Their daughter, including her two children, had been living in the now ruined and burned flat.
The Witbank CPF with community members and Nasarec Bediening donated groceries, food parcels, beds and warm blankets to the family in need.
Witbank News reported on Saturday, August 13 about the fire in Odendaal Street.
Luckily no one was harmed in the fire and the reason for the fire is still unknown.
The Engelbrecht’s were very grateful for the community and CPF’s help and would like to thank everybody for their donations and support during this difficult time.
