World Imperial pageant earns Snenhlanhla an opportunity to represent South Africa in USA

The young model pleads for sponsorships and people to partner with as she prepares for her journey to Florida.

Snenhlanhla Ngcobo, a 15-year-old dynamic South African model with a strong pageant background, has recently shone in pageantry stages, bagging herself the World Imperial Junior-Teen Queen title.
The grade 9 Witbank High School learner was among the top contestants who fought long and hard, bringing their best foot forward in the months-long journey, but her hard work and dedication earned her the crown.

“I feel really honoured, excited and proud, but mostly, I’m grateful to God and all my supporters, because it took a team for me to get here,” Snenhlanhla said.

The confident young lady says she started modelling from a very young age, and seeing her passion for modelling, a family friend encouraged her to join an agency.

“I became a part of a local agency called MLTA_SA, and that marked the beginning of my modelling journey,” she said.

With just four years in the professional industry, the young model has earned several significant titles to her name, including Miss Pre-Teen eMalahleni 2nd Princess 2022, Miss World Imperial Beauties Ambassador 2024, Miss Global Princess Junior-Teen South Africa 2nd Princess (2025), and, on October 11, she was crowned Miss World Imperial Junior-Teen Queen 2025.

Her recent title earned her an opportunity to represent not just eMalahleni, but the beautiful South Africa in Florida, USA, next year.
Since joining the World Imperial Beauties South Africa 2025 pageant, Snenhlanhla said her journey has been more than just about personal achievement, but also about the power of teamwork and giving back to the community.

Among other great initiatives she led, the young model participated in a shoe drive called “Soles of Hope,” where she collected pre-loved shoes and put a positive message inside to remind the new owner that they are valued, strong, and loved.

“This journey really taught me the importance of teamwork, dedication, and giving back, not because I have to, but because it brings me joy to see others happy,” Snenhlanhla said, adding that she is grateful to everyone who made it all possible with their generous contributions.

“This showed me how important it is to have a community that supports you and shares the same passion as you,” she said.

With her dream to become a successful runway and fashion show model and chase the Miss SA title sometime in the future, Snenhlanhla is determined to keep on working hard to improve at her modelling.
She commends her family and everyone who continues to support her in her journey, further pleading for sponsorships and people to partner with as she prepares to head to the USA.

“As a mother, watching my daughter rise to great heights in her modelling career is an incredibly proud and emotional experience. I feel a sense of fulfillment, knowing that my child is thriving, confident, and doing what she loves,” said Thobile Ngcobo, her mother.
