KwaGuqa Masters League give back to those in need
KwaGuqa Masters League are proving that teamwork goes beyond the soccer field.
We can do a lot together – That’s the message the KwaGuqa Masters League sent when they donated clothes to the Led Help Foundation, bringing warmth and dignity to children, the elderly, and other vulnerable members of the community.
This is not the first time the Masters have stepped up to help those in need.
During the handover on March 25 , Phathudi Rapakgadi, president of the KwaGuqa Masters, said, “Football isn’t just about the game.”
He added, “When we unite to help others, we restore dignity and hope. These initiatives remind us that leadership and teamwork off the field can be just as important as what we do on it.”
Phathudi also encouraged others to get involved in their communities.
“Every small effort counts. We urge everyone to look around and see where they can make a difference. If we all do a little, together we can achieve a lot,” he said.
Representatives from the Foundation Oscar Motau expressed their gratitude for the Masters’ generosity and said, “We are deeply thankful to the KwaGuqa Masters for their ongoing support. Their donations make a real difference for people who are truly in need.”
They also encouraged other members of the community to contribute.
Oscar added, “No act of kindness is too small. Together, we can help lift the lives of those facing challenges.”
