Prayers and caring go a long way during the Street Closet outreach
Victory Family Church’s Street Closet outreach touched over 300 lives, offering clothing, food, and a renewed sense of dignity.
A simple act of giving turned into a powerful day of transformation as Victory Family Church hosted its Street Closet outreach, serving more than 300 people in need with clothing, food, and encouragement.
The event on May 2 was filled with moments of gratitude, connection, and renewed hope as volunteers worked side by side to support the community.
“For many, a simple pair of shoes or a clean shirt is just another item in the closet. But for someone in need, it is the first step to dignity being restored,” said Pastor Adriani van der Lith, highlighting the heart behind the initiative.
Pastor Adriani said, “We were able to serve over 300 people in our community, providing clothing, food, and most importantly, ministering hope and love.”
Appreciation was also given to those who contributed behind the scenes, from donors to volunteers who made the outreach possible.
She added, “This is what it’s all about: restoring dignity and bringing hope where it’s needed most. As our pastors always say, we live to love people back to life.”
