These eMalahleni streets will be affected by today’s march

Law enforcement will be on hand to monitor the planned protest.

Motorists are advised to expect temporary road disruptions as today’s anti-illegal immigration march moves through several streets in eMalahleni.

Proposed march route

The march will commence at the park situated between Witbank General Hospital and the eMalahleni Local Municipality Water Works.
The procession will make use of the following streets during the march: Sturdee Avenue, Mandela Street, Allenby Street, French Street, Robertson Street, Plummer Street, Jellicoe Street, Van de Venter Street, Collyer Street, Lukin Street, Northey Street, and Delville Street.

The march is expected to take place under the supervision of the SAPS and other law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of participants, motorists, and members of the public.

Road users travelling along the affected routes are advised to expect temporary delays, obey the instructions of traffic officials, and make use of alternative routes where possible while the march is underway.
