Jehovah’s Witnesses host ‘Eternal Happiness’ convention in eMalahleni

The second part of the convention will be held at the same venue from October 16 to 18.

Nearly 2 000 believers gathered at the eMalahleni Civic Theatre for a weekend of worship during the Jehovah’s Witnesses ‘Eternal Happiness’ convention.

Convention focuses on spiritual revival

The three-day event, held from October 9 to 11, drew attendees from eMalahleni and surrounding areas seeking spiritual encouragement amid personal and economic challenges.

Key highlights and baptism

Along with Bible-based videos and interviews, the convention presented thought-provoking talks on topics such as ‘Abundant Happiness Forever – Is It Realistic?’, ‘Why Are You Anxious?’, and ‘Have You Discovered the Treasure?’.

A key highlight occurred on October 10 when 16 people were baptised.

Second session scheduled

Shezi commended everyone who contributed to the success of the event, as well as the public for attending, noting that the convention was open to all.
