Witbank Biker Council backs Uitkoms Family Care Centre outreach
Motorcycle clubs across eMalahleni rally community support and donations to assist vulnerable local families.
Members of the Witbank Biker Council (WBC) joined hands with local businesses, organisations and community members to support an outreach programme at Uitkoms Family Care Centre on October 31.
Uitkoms Family Care Centre is a registered charitable organisation and shelter in eMalahleni that provides social assistance, food, clothing, and accommodation to underprivileged families, women, and children.
The outreach was arranged by Jay Kotze of The Royal Eagle Riders and brought together bikers from various clubs under the WBC banner. The delegation included members of The Royal Eagles, Unity Riders, CMA, Final Few and Crusaders Witbank.

In the weeks leading up to the event, groceries, clothing and furniture were collected from across town to assist those in need.
Bikers and businesses unite
Local businesses also played a key role in the outreach. Power Build donated food and toys, while Travelling Auctioneers contributed furniture and paint. Both companies made their vehicles available to transport the donated items to the venue.
Several community members also attended the outreach in their private vehicles, demonstrating the strong support the initiative received.
Entertainment was provided by Danie Botha and One Band, who kept attendees engaged with music and worship throughout the day. Food stalls ensured that visitors had access to meals and refreshments during the event.
The Witbank Biker Council expressed its appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the outreach, saying every donation made a meaningful difference.
The event also highlighted the unity among local biker clubs.
According to the WBC, the outreach served as another example of the biker community’s commitment to its values of brotherhood, honour, respect and loyalty while making a positive impact in the lives of others.
