Don't stay silent!

Bullying can be a scary thing, but knowing how to respond gives you power to control the situation and stay safe.

This is how to respond to bullying:

Remove yourself from the situation if you can.

Tell someone, a friend, a teacher, a family member, a co-worker etc.

Don’t stay silent!

Avoid being physical at all cost, your safety is number one priority.

Do what you have to do to protect yourself and get away.

If a phone call becomes threatening, end it right away.

Don’t reply or respond to abusive messages, show the messages to someone, and then, block further messages from the sender.

Don’t delete the messages, it acts as evidence.

Avoid hanging out with friends or a group that gossips about or excludes others.

What does the Lord say about this?
