Good customer service: Emalahleni Municipality

For the past four months we did not receive any water and light accounts, I cannot get hold of the enquiry counter at their office, they totally do not answer their phones.

Today I tried again for account details. After eight calls to the municipality, the switchboard operator did not have an answer for me.
But a gentleman by the name of Sipo Tyobeke, who is blind, took all my details and in less than five minutes he phoned me back with all the information I needed.

I want to thank this gentleman for his very good customer service. Any company can be very proud of him.
Thanks Sipo, keep up the good work, and I really appreciate what you did for me.

Today I can say to other staff members of Emalahleni Municipality, this guy will walk an extra mile for a customer.
