On July 18 my dad had a heart attack. He was admitted at Witbank Hospital. He spent a week in ward 1. As a family we would like to thank the staff of ward 1 for the care and support he received in the hospital. Special thanks to Dr Carrim and Sr Chibi. He was discharged on July 26.
On 29 July his condition deteriorated and I rushed him back to Witbank hospital where he passed away in the casualty department. Sr Marietjie Botes and staff of casualties thank you for your efforts. I know you guys really tried. Please thank the doctors who helped as I unfortunately cannot recall one name.
