This is an open letter to the president Jacob G. Zuma
The municipality of eMalahleni (Witbank) is indeed subjugated to utter chaos, nothing is ever right in this city, many are indignant of the kind of malicious service that the municipality of this city serves to the people. Ridiculous high amounts of taxation is paid only to the expense of getting poor service, I move that the president ‘simultaneously’ makes an unannounced visitation to the municipality and I strongly believe that after such a instigated move is made maybe we might be subjected to better service taking into consideration that the rights of the people as instituted in the bill of rights must be met and better services like access to pure drinking water is supplied, because at some stage the water in Witbank smells like faeces.
It is pretty blatant that this municipality is failing to do their responsibilities or (and I mean this with the outmost respect) but that the ANC at large is not capable of running this city let alone the whole of South Africa. I believe that the issue is not with money emphatically no, that’s not the case; it is simply a self centred crisis which obviously is corruption at rampage.
If an unannounced visitation is expedited it will maybe give them a lesson to actually do what they are getting paid for because a pay check is actually a reward for doing your job well (It is unfortunate to be told this by a 20 year old).
