Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
125 ml Cottage Cheese smooth, fat free
30 ml Wholegrain Mustard
8 Baby Spinach leaves
4 Lean Bacon Rashers
15 ml Robertsons Masterblends for Braai Traditional Braai Mix
15 ml Olive Oil
Instructions
Cut a slit into the side of each chicken breast. Spread with wholegrain mustard.
Line the slit with 2 baby spinach leaves and a piece of bacon, and then push in a quarter of the cottage cheese.
Secure with toothpick.
Brush with olive oil and coat with the Robertsons Master Blends for Braai Traditional Braai Mix.
Braai over medium-to-hot coals, turning often until cooked through. This will take about 10 -15 minutes.
