The Soil set to bring nostalgic moments tour to The Ridge

Fresh from performing for the royal family in commemoration of Commonwealth Day in London, acclaimed music group The Soil, is heading to The Ridge.

They will give local fans a taste of their sounds on Friday and Saturday, June 5 and 6.
“The Soil’s recent performances at the Commonwealth Day celebrations and Metro FM Music Awards had the entire country talking and now we are proud to be bringing them to The Ridge for our guests to enjoy,” said The Ridge Marketing Manager Sharika Betts.

The four member Acapella group grabbed the attention of many when they released their self-titled debut album in 2011. The album has since gone platinum, making way for their sophomore album, The Journey, which gave rise to the much loved hit, Susan.
“We always want to bring our guests world-class performers and having shared the stage with legends at festivals such as the Cape Town International Jazz Festival, Edinburgh festival as well as the Apollo Theatre, The Soil will definitely be a treat for The Ridge guests,” concluded Betts.

Tickets are available at Computicket and on The Ridge website at R200 each.
