Neighborhood Watch fun run raises funds for Local SPCA, a Pawsitive Success!
A diverse audience of animal enthusiasts, families, and their four-legged dogs attended the Fun Run.

In a heart-warming display of community spirit and love for animals, the Highveld Park Neighbourhood Watch organised a fun run for a worthy cause: to support the local SPCA.
The event, held on Saturday, July 29, marked a triumphant début for the neighbourhood’s fundraising efforts, leaving participants with smiles on their faces and tails wagging.
The fun run drew a diverse crowd of animal lovers, families, and their four-legged companions.

With the sun shining brightly, participants gathered at the starting point, eager to make a difference for the furry friends at Witbank SPCA.
The Highveld Park Neighbourhood Watch Chairperson, Jaco Roos, expressed their delight in the event’s success.
“The event was a massive success as a first event for the neighbourhood, and we will be hosting events in the future again to assist the community and the SPCA. This event also gave people a great opportunity to get outside with their dogs and families and to enjoy the day.”
With each stride, participants knew that their efforts were making a difference in the lives of the animals at the local SPCA.
The funds raised from the fun run will go towards providing shelter, medical care, and sustenance for the rescued animals, ensuring they receive the love and care they deserve.
