Implementation of junior management underway at Kriel Police Station

Learners from local schools received certificates from Kriel Police management.

Kriel Police management partnered with the Mpumalanga Department of Education and held an Implementation of Junior Management project with learners from Sbongamandla High and Hoëskool Kriel.

Kriel communication liaison officer Constable Angel Makubu said during the event 11 learner candidates participated in various presentations on different topics.

“The topics were about how the candidates would react in possible situations that often affect their peers. The first one was for example, as junior cop what can you do to help a friend who’s a victim of rape and afraid to talk,” said Makubu.

The implementation of Junior Management was held at Kriel Police Station on Tuesday, August 22 at around 10:00.

In closing Makubu mentioned that learners who formed part of the event received certificates.
