Two suspects will appear in the magistrate’s court today for a series of criminal activities, namely common robbery, possession of an unlicensed firearm, and possession of ammunition.

They allegedly assaulted a man during a robbery attempt because he had no money to hand over to them in Ackerville on March 1. A third suspect involved in the robbery is still at large.

On March 6, Vosman Police arrested the two suspects during a sting operation to trace the wanted suspects. Their original court appearance was on March 8, but was postponed due to bail applications.

One of the suspects faces more charges of alleged house robbery and has been wanted by the police since 2022.
