Sifiso brings ‘Baby Mama Drama’ to town

Homegrown comedian, Sifiso Nene will perform his one-man show titled Baby Mama Drama Nabanye at the Imbizo Hall in Empangeni on Saturday, 31 October.

The funny man of Ngwelezane will deliver a two hour session of his new and old hilarious material.

The show is mostly dedicated to single parents affected by their partner’s dramatic events.

‘Single parenting is like a disease, and at some point we all have had some drama with our spouses. This show will highlight those issues in a very funny way.

I invite with people to come and de-stress and enjoy the laid-back show,’ he said.

Nene is known for winning the first comedy reality show, So you think you’re funny in 2009.

After launching his career as the winner, he has gone on to win two Comics Choice Awards in 2012 and 2013.

He has also been featured in a nation favourite series, Taxi Ride, and on live stages across South Africa on big comedy line-ups such as Blacks Only.

He is now ready to bring to the big stage his first one-man show.

‘I think I have enough material now to entertain fans for two hours. I will also introduce some up and coming comics to open the show,’ he said.

The show will start at 8.30pm.
