A YOUNG woman’s life came to a tragic end in the Mfekayi area on Monday following what police believe to have been a domestic dispute with her boyfriend.
The 25-year-old was found unconscious on her bedroom floor by a neighbour, who had dropped by to get some water.
‘The neighbour tried to resuscitate her, but found that it was too late to save her,’ said KwaMsane SAPS spokesperson Jabulani Mdletshe.
‘She had bruises on her face and neck, indicating that she had been strangled.
‘We have arrested a 32-year-old man, who was her boyfriend, and charged him with murder.
‘However, a court date has not yet been set while we still question the accused.’
