AN Eskom worker was electrocuted and died last week after conducting risk assessment on a faulty line at the Shikishela Reserve, Mtubatuba.
David Venter and two co-workers went to investigate and fix an electrical problem last Monday.
According to an eyewitness,Venter had climbed up the electricity pole to assess the problem. He identified the fault and had told his co-workers to get the required tools ready.
