Pongola pastor nabbed in gruesome toddler find
Pastor arrested in connection with the mutilation of a toddler.
THE pastor of the St Jones Church in Pongola was arrested in connection with the mutilation of a 4-year-old boy.
Pieces of the toddler’s body were found in a bag in the church.
To date, parts of the child’s body pieces have not yet been recovered.
On Monday, furious community members burnt down the house belonging to the pastor as well as the church.
Fifteen people were subsequently arrested and charged with public violence.
They are expected to re-appear at the Pongola Magistrate Court on Friday.
