Back to school is cool!
Here are some exciting school lunches the children can sink their teeth into.
PB and J sushi rolls- Spread your classic peanut butter and jam onto a slice of bread and cut off the crusts. Then cut the slice into two half pieces and roll-up the halves to make two sushi like rolls.

Make a normal muffin mix of self-raising flour, egg, milk and butter just add the ham and cheese to the mix and bake the muffins till golden brown.

Healthy wraps- Slice up tomato and avocado, grate some cheese and fold over ham slices to use as filling for the wrap.
Pack the filling on the middle of the wrap and fold up the bottom edge. Then fold up the sides of the wrap and fold the complete wrap with cling-wrap to keep the meal together.

Grilled cheese fingers and dip- After making your normal grilled cheese sandwich cut the sandwich into strips.
Put the strips in a lunch box with a smaller container filled with a delicious sauce.

Mini platter- Chop up carrots and cucumbers into strips, cheese and ham into cubes and viennas into halves.
Place the chopped ingredients into the lunch box with a small container with a dip sauce.
This meal makes for a healthy, colourful and fun eating experience.
