Emergency food run for Richards Bay SPCA

THE community is called upon to support an emergency food drive for the neglected, abused and surrendered animals currently boarding at the Richards Bay SPCA.

Food supply at the welfare has run out of stock.

According to Richards Bay SPCA Chairperson Anne Maré Coetzee, the non-profit organisation’s financial situation is currently too lean to provide their animals with sufficient sustenance.

‘We appeal to the public and companies to please assist with pellets.

‘The SPCA is ever reliant on the public for assistance to help care for animals in need.’

Food can be dropped off at the Richards Bay SPCA on Bayview Boulevard near the Steel Bridge.
