Hospitality begins at home
ZCBF donates hospitality uniforms for home economics special needs pupils.
DRESSED to impress, the hospitality pupils of Swana School and Assessment Centre were kitted out in the finest hospitality uniforms generously donated by the Zululand Chamber Business Foundation (ZCBF).
The Empangeni based independent school which caters for children with special educational needs and is in need of assistance, received hospitality uniforms for pupils of the home economics class last week.
‘We as a school have recently been blessed with the formation of a great relationship with the ZCBF,’ said Principal Sizikele Ngwenya.
‘The journey we have travelled so far with the organisation has seen our school making huge educational strides towards the betterment of pupils with special educational needs.
‘Our heartfelt appreciation goes to all the responsible authorities at the ZCBF,’ Ngwenya said.
ZCBF Executive Manager Dave Whittaker said it is was a privilege to be able to assist the school.
‘Swana School fulfils a vital requirement for the special education needs of our Zululand area. We are indeed heartened by the dedication and commitment of the principal and staff of the school,’ Whittaker said.
