AN elderly woman of Mfekayi near Mtubatuba was burnt to death in a fire that engulfed her home on Tuesday night.
The charred body of Ntshembeni Nqansuse (78) was found yesterday morning by her son, who reported the incident to the police.
Nqansuse’s house was completely burnt out.
It is suspected a candle was the cause of the fire and no foul play is suspected.
