Distraught father searches for missing son

Can you help? Siyabonga Nkosi left home to take a stroll around the block and never returned

A DESPERATE Mtubatuba father is searching for his 16-year-old missing son,

Siyabonga Thabiso Nkosi (16) left his Nordale house on Saturday, 16 August, and never returned.

According to his younger sister, Siyabonga left the house to take a walk around the block.

His 50-year-old father Sabelo Nkosi, told Eyethu Bay Watch that his son had never left home before the incident.

‘He is a good boy. He wouldn’t have left home for such a long time without letting anyone know,’ said Sabelo, who is scared ‘something bad’ might have happened to his son.

‘His mother and I were not at home when he left, but he would have informed his sister. He is a respectful young man who knows what he is not suppose to do,’ he said.

‘We have been searching for him everywhere but we couldn’t find him. His friends and school mates also don’t know where he is, but we hoping he will return home safely.’

The matter was reported to Mtubatuba police station, where a missing persons case was opened.

If anyone knows Siyabonga’s whereabouts, they can contact his father on 073 3199719 or 072 7787025.
