Aquadene couple kidnapped after house robbery

The couple were found hours later in eManguzi near Kosi Bay.

AN AQUADENE couple were taken hostage when their house was burgled in the early hours this morning.

It is believed the suspects broke down the back door of home gaining entry into the Acorus Anchor street home after midnight.

They ransacked the house, tied up the child minder as well as a relative and the couple’s two children, a 5-year old boy and 5-month old baby, in the main bedroom.

The thugs forced them into their vehicle and made off with laptops and cellphones.

Aquadene CPF chairperson Phillip Stainbank confirmed, the couple were found hours later in eManguzi.
