DID you know that iSimangaliso Wetland Park is South Africa’s first World Heritage Site, and home to four Ramsar sites (wetlands of international importance):

1. Lake St Lucia (Africa’s largest estuarine system)
2. Lake Sibaya (South Africa’s largest fresh water lake)
3. Kosi Bay (four interlinking lakes, where 700-year-old fish traps are still in use)
4. Sodwana Bay (one of the top diving destinations in the world)
