Driver loses Focus, smashes into motor showroom
Despite extensive damage, no serious injuries were sustained
A WHITE Ford Focus crashed into the Inyanga Motors showroom on the corner of John Ross Parkway and Mpala Street in Empangeni last night around 9pm.
The vehicle was travelling on John Ross Parkway towards Richards Bay when he allegedly lost control of the vehicle, climbing two pavements before coming to a stop inside the showroom.
The three occupants of the vehicle, two women and a man, sustained minor injuries.
The women were transported to Ngwelezana Hospital by ECG medical services and the driver by KZN Private Ambulance.
