Apollo has been at Empangeni SPCA for five months now and is looking for a loving home. An 18 month-old male German Shepherd cross, Apollo was brought in as a fearful stray but, thanks to the Empangeni Dog Club, he is now a confident dog and has received basic training. Apollo is very good natured and needs a loving environment with owners who are happy to continue his training. He is good with people and other dogs but likes to chase cats. Apollo is in kennel S2
All dogs at Empangeni SPCA walk well on leads, courtesy of Empangeni Dog Club, and all dogs adopted from this SPCA get a free beginners training course at the Empangeni Dog Club.
Lady is a female mixed breed who is about one year old and loves to climb trees. She was surrendered to Empangeni SPCA where she had her pups, all of which have found homes. Lady has been at the SPCA for about four months and is looking for a loving home. She is a confident, very good natured dog, is good with both cats and dogs, making her an ideal family pet. There is a strict adoption procedure, which includes the completion of an application form, a property inspection and, if approved, the following fees apply: R650 for dogs and R350 for cats.
This is a once-off fee and includes sterilisation of the animal, vaccinations and de-worming.
