IN the Nongoma Regional Court on Monday Mboniseni Dlamini (32) was convicted and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment for rape and murder.
Dlamini was found guilty on charges of raping and killing Ntombizethu Simelene (24) at her house in the Ekubuseni area in Nongoma last year January.

The magistrate heard the deceased was approached by Dlamini. After an argument he raped her before stabbing her to death and slitting her throat.
