Phongolo councillor charged with theft of Jojo tank. Councillor Buthelezi, who is also an Exco member is expected to make his second appearance at Phongolo Magistrate’s Court.
According to sources, a man who is his accomplice, came to the offices of the IFP and admitted that he was hired to transport the tank from the school to a certain house.
