Teachers assisting matric pupils

ABOUT 280 matriculants from 20 high schools in Empangeni attended ‘Economics one touch’ revision programmes held at Empangeni Preparatory School last Friday to assist learners before the writing of their economics subject exams.

Programme convener, Lawrence Vorvornator of Nongweleza High School, took learners through vital topics such as the circular flow, the national accounts aggregate and regional development.

Arthur Ndunakazi of Hlakaniphani High School, discussed market structures and contemporary issues such as inflation, tourism and environmental sustainability.
