Two Zululand men busted for possession of dagga

They will appear in court tomorrow (Monday)

TWO suspects will appear in the Paulpietersburg Magistrate’s Court tomorrow (Monday) after being arrested for possession of dagga.

Zululand cluster police spokesperson, Captain Nkosie Gwala, said police were conducting crime prevention duties when they spotted a white Toyota Corolla with two suspicious-looking occupants, on the main road.

‘Police stopped the vehicle and found two bags of compressed dagga on the rear passenger seat.

‘The suspects, aged between 45 and 48 years, were arrested and the dagga, weighing about 60kg, was confiscated, as was their car,’ said Gwala.
