Magical African children’s stories now online with Gcina Mhlophe

Actress and storyteller Gcina Mhlophe narrates five more African stories

There is good news for those who enjoyed the magical African fairytale stories for children that actress Gcina Mhlophe has narrated.

She is bringing back the magic, and this time she is going visual online in video form.

This aim is to keep children entertained during the coronavirus lockdown.

This project is a collaboration between Gcina’s organisation, Gcinamasiko Arts and Heritage Trust, and the MANCOSA School of Education.

The video recordings of the second batch of five stories has been available on MANCOSA’s website (www.mancosa.co.za) since 9 June.

The stories are also available on MANCOSA’S social media pages – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
