Richards Bay Home Affairs office to reopen

The offices had to be closed after a member of staff tested positive for Covid-19

AFTER a three week closure, the Department of Home Affairs offices in Richards Bay will reopen on Monday.

The offices were closed after an employee tested positive for the coronavirus.

‘All staff had to be tested and undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine after coming into contact with the infected individual.

‘The office has been disinfected and operations will resume on 6 July,’ said Home Affairs provincial manager, Cyril Mncwabe.
