WITH the country battling a pandemic and many households struggling financially, local NPO, Linzwa Foundation – supported by various sponsors – donated goods to local communities through the #WeCareCampaign.
Linzwa Foundation, headed by philanthropist, Lindiwe Dube, donated food parcels, blankets and other household items to disadvantaged families in eSikhaleni, uMkhobose, Mevamhlophe and KwaDlangezwa this week.

The programme was supported by Do I Care Enough? (DICE), Vodacom, Amasondo Motors, Pick ‘n Pay Boardwalk, and Zululand Yacht Club.
During the donation drive, the teams also conducted a Covid-19 educational session, instructing residents on necessary Covid-19 preventative measures.

Alongside the #WeCareCampaign, the Linzwa Foundation has spearheaded a campaign against gender-based violence, with relevant departments conducting tests for chronic diseases.
