Police seek next of kin of two deceased men
Both Empangeni and Melmoth SAPS are trying to track down next of kin

EMPANGENI SAPS is appealing for assistance in locating the next of kin of two deceased men.
The first unidentified man is believed to have been struck and killed by a train in the Mkhoma area in Nseleni, on Wednesday, 24 June.

King Cetshwayo Cluster police spokesperson, Captain Mbongeni Mdlalose, said an inquest docket has been registered at Empangeni SAPS.
‘The deceased is estimated to be 40 years old, is about 1.6m tall, fair in complexion, with long hair,’ said Captain Mdlalose.
‘He was found wearing a white T-shirt, a navy jacket with a Toyota emblem, and white Bermuda pants.’

Melmoth SAPS is also looking for the next of kin of a man whose body was discovered at Mfule Mission in Melmoth on Saturday, 6 June.
An identification document found in his pocket has the particulars for Samuel Mdletshe.
‘The deceased is about 53 years old, dark in complexion, about 1.6m tall, with short hair,’ said Captain Mdlalose.
‘He was found wearing a blue blazer, khaki trousers, a white T-shirt, and brown sandals.’
