WATCH: EFF protesters hand over memorandum in Richards Bay

ABOUT 250 protesters have just dispersed after marching to the King Cetshwayo municipal offices to hand over a memorandum containing a list of demands, most notably insisting that over 600 dismissed WSSA employees be absorbed by the district municipality.

District Mayor, Cllr Nonhle Mkhulisi accepted the memorandum on behalf of the municipality.
