Breakfast, lunch and dinner all wrapped up

This fast meal idea is the new trend

Toasting a wrap with an endless number of mouthwatering filling options has become a new foodie trend overnight.

One simply takes a wrap, places it in the microwave for 30 seconds before slicing a fine line with a knife from the center of the wrap to the outside, creating four sections.

Then you baste the wrap with whatever sauce tickles your taste buds, before placing cheese in the top left hand corner of the wrap.

A protein is then placed in the top right hand corner, with vegetables placed in the bottom right hand corner.

Then simply fold the left hand bottom corner over onto the top left hand corner, before folding it across to the right hand top corner.

Then fold the right-hand top corner to the bottom right-hand corner, thus forming a triangle.

Place your completed wrap into a pan or griller until crispy.

One can be creative with fillings, for example making a scrambled egg, cheese and bacon fold-over for breakfast.

Try out a cheese, chicken and lettuce fold-over for lunch or even a seafood fold-over for dinner.

Let the creative juices flow as you prep this fast, easy and delicious meal.
