Both Empangeni and Richards Bay will close early on Thursday

THE City of uMhlathuze licensing department in both Empangeni and Richards Bay will close early on Thursday, ahead of the Easter long weekend.

For dealerships, the closure will be 10am, and 10.30am for members of the public.
